CheapWholesaleTools has the experience of manufacturing and importing tools for over
18 years. Our Neiko and Neiko Pro line was developed to differentiate
from the typical quality of tools coming from overseas. One of our
strengths is the fact that we have developed different grade tools to
suit different types of markets.
Our goal is to provide products from industrial grade to home
use. We focus on supporting our customers, whether it's a wholesaler,
small lot, hardware store or telemarketing company. We want to give
people an alternative option as far as shopping for tools. In essence,
we base ourselves on quality and cost efficiency.
Do you charge a fee for
Dropshipping my merchandise?
Yes. A small dropshipping fee of $3.00 will be added to all orders. In order for us to insure your customer
receives a well packaged product, we must insist on top-quality
packaging materials. This not only helps to insure a satisfied
customer, but also promotes your company's reputation. The first
thing a customer will notice is the packaging of their product. You
will immediately notice how many people comment on the packaging of
the products they receive. You can in turn
charge a handling fee from your customers together with their
shipping costs to defer the dropshipping fee.
How can I pay for my
merchandise? What types of
payments do you accept?
You can pay for your merchandise
through PayPal, or you can use your Mastercard/Visa™ credit cards or bank debt cards. In order to
insure prompt shipment of your customers merchandise once it has
been ordered by you, we must insist on prompt payment. Using PayPal or a major credit card, we can achieve
this. The reason we do not allow payment by personal check or
money order lies in the fact that it would slow down the timeliness
of transactions between yourself and us. By
using PayPal, transactions can be conducted in a much
more efficient manner. No waiting for checks to process or money
orders which may have been misdirected in the mail. Simply make your
purchase and keep your profits!
Is there a set retail price I
must charge my customers for their merchandise?
No. This is your business and the
price you wish to charge for a particular item is entirely up to
you. There is a lot of competition for
anything sold on the Internet today, so stay competitive and study
your competition.
I'm confused about how I pay
for my merchandise once I order it. How does your shopping cart
work?
The process is
very simple. Simply add the items to your shopping cart. Once all the products are ordered for a particular
customer, you simply go to the checkout and fill in your customer's address in the "ship to" fields for the drop shipped
merchandise & your information in the billing section of the checkout. Should you have more
than one customer to order for, you will need to enter them as
separate transactions since you can only enter one customers
address per order.
How do
I obtain the pictures and descriptions for my website or auction
postings?
You will have exclusive "Rights Of Usage" for
all the photos and descriptions contained within our website.
This makes it simple and convenient for everyone to advertise their
new product line on online auctions, their website, and the
Internet. Please note that we do not
allow you to link directly to pictures on our web site. You must
download them to your local computer.
